Who is responsible
The site operator’s legal name, postal address and privacy contact must be supplied before launch. This editable policy is not legally approved. Do not submit sensitive personal information while these details remain incomplete.
What we use
An account uses your email, password hash, display name, age statement and preferences. We record membership, credit ledger entries, requested moments, daily rewards and favourites to provide the service and show your history. Passwords are hashed, not stored in plaintext. Payment details are not stored by AnimeDance.
Beta feedback and product measurement
Feedback answers and optional contact email are stored privately. Account creation, unlock, replay and credit events are recorded with account IDs to operate and evaluate the free beta. Optional collection-selection and Moment-view events are recorded only with your product-measurement choice; anonymous visits have no persistent analytics identifier. No passwords, conversation contents or payment data enter these event records. No advertising trackers or fingerprinting are used. Operator retention periods must be set before launch.
Conversation and memory
Conversation is unavailable unless an approved service is configured. When enabled, messages are processed to provide a response and may be moderated. Saved history is controlled in Profile. Turning history off deletes stored messages. Optional name memory and return-message consent are separate controls. The provider, processing location and international-transfer arrangements must be disclosed before conversation is activated.
Choices and rights
Profile offers a data download, conversation deletion, preference changes and account deletion. Deletion removes identifying account fields, messages and favourites; minimal pseudonymous transaction records remain for the legally required retention period, which the operator must define before launch. You may also request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, object to certain uses, and complain to your local supervisory authority.
Lawful basis, sharing and retention
The operator must confirm lawful bases, processing partners, security-log retention and accounting-retention periods before launch. Core account processing is intended to provide the requested service; optional reminders and analytics require a separate choice where applicable. No nonessential analytics provider is connected. Data is not sold by this package.
Adults and safeguarding
This experience is for adults 18 and over. Self-confirmation is not identity verification. Regional age-assurance requirements must be assessed before launch. Do not upload identity documents through chat or support placeholders.
