Self-service controls
Sign in and open Profile to download your data, clear conversations, update consent, edit your name or delete your account. Confirm your password to delete. Password-reset and verification links expire after one hour and are stored as hashes.
A problem with a video
Choose the moment again after checking your connection. Previously unlocked beta moments can be replayed without another credit charge. Included moments do not charge per view.
Changes before launch
The operator, support details, regional availability, legal texts, billing provider and any conversation provider must be confirmed before the service is activated publicly.
